Before completing the form, I've collated a list of troubleshooting steps below that you can use to help with the most common questions:
A blank or white screen is displayed: you are using the wrong browser, Lessonly should always be used through Google Chrome.
The screen or audio recording function is not working: ensure the google chrome app for Lessonly has been downloaded and added into the browser, this is the link HERE to download the chrome extension. If the extension has been downloaded but is giving an error message, this can be uninstalled from Chrome and then re-downloaded.
