Password Resets for Lessonly

If you, or anyone in your team, needs a password reset, Lessonly as a forgotten password option when trying to log in.

A common question we get within the team is how do our teams complete this without having access to their personal email addresses during work hours.

The Training Team can create a temporary password for the advisor if they don't have access to their email account at the time.

To request this, use the "other" form in the University and provide the details of who needs this password reset. Please provide the name and correct email address of who needs the reset.
