Viewing your full team in Lessonly

If you are missing one or a few members of your team in Lessonly, this means that they are not assigned to you within the candidate app. This change should be made there and Lessonly will automatically update afterwards.

Lessonly pulls data constantly from the Candidate app. This means any changes in your team made in the app will automatically pull through into Lessonly in just a couple of minutes time.

You don't have to do anything and you don't need to contact us to make this change.

If you cannot see anyone in Lessonly and the People tab is blank, please use the "other" form in the University to request the team to make the relevant changes for your account.
